- For same day appointment requests, please send a text and indicate that your request is urgent. You may also fill out the registration form.
- We may be away from the phone while helping other families. If we are not able to answer your call, please leave a message or send a text. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Evening and weekend appointments can often be accomadated. Please note that an additional fee may apply.
Service Area
We proudly serve Ottawa and surrounding areas. Our standard service area includes locations within 40km of the Rideauview Community Centre. If you are outside this area, reach out and we will do our best to accommadate you. Please note that additional travel fees may apply.
Emergency Hospitals
While we will make every effort to be available for you and your pet, unfortunately Compassionate Crossings Vet is not an emergency service. If your pet’s health is deteriorating rapidly, please reach out to the following emergency hospitals.
